June Randoms

Here are some more pictures from June. These are mostly from my phone.  I added some commentary to each picture.

Will is obsessed with these prize games.  He and Ashley played until they won!

Miss Alabama Pageant.  Love going every year and a redhead won!

Will and I went to mother/son date knight at Chick-fil-A. Will loved dressing up as a knight!

That same night, we went over to Beth's house for a Thirty-One party and Beth saved a green Popsicle just for Will!

Will sleeping in his new green room with his new green bedding. There is a lot of green in his room and he loves it!

One Saturday, Will played in the water hose at mom and dad's house. I didn't bring him any extra clothes but I found this towel-dress thing in the linen closet. This was mine that my Granny made me.  It brought back so many memories of summers at her house.  LOVE!

Will had a dentist appointment in June and he got a bouncy ball as a prize. He had to play with it on the sidewalk as soon as we left the dental office. He did a great job this time at his appointment. No tears and he let Dr. V brush his teeth with no fighting back.  He is growing up!

Mother's Day in June

Mom and I celebrated Mother's Day today.  We went to dinner and then to a book signing.  Mom loves autographed books so this is what I got her for her Mother's Day present.

We got to meet Mary Kay Andrews and she signed her new book "Spring Fever" for us.

We have loved all of Ms. Andrews previous books and I can't wait to read this one!!

Time at the Lake

We spent Friday and Saturday at the lake. This is definitely becoming one of Will's favorite places.

I love that he loves the water!

It's so fun watching him having such a great time!

Seven Years

Today, Clay and I celebrated seven years of marriage! That seems so crazy to me. We have been together for over 12 years.

Since it's Monday, we didn't have any big plans.  We went out for lunch and then Clay got me a cupcake. My favorite!

When I got home from work, Clay had 7 red roses waiting for me. Too sweet!

The rest of the night was spent with each other and this kid!!

Will's New Big Boy Room

Clay and I decided to move Will into the back bedroom because it is a little bigger and give him more room for his toys and his new twin bed!

We let Will pick the color and he picked GREEEN!

Saturday we painted all day and then Sunday we moved furniture.  Once everything is set, I will post pictures of the finished product!!

Will the Ring Bearer, Part 2

Saturday was wedding day!

We started off the day by going to the beach. IT WAS SO CROWDED, but we had fun anyway.  Will loved the ocean and went pretty far out with me and Clay.

Once we were done with the beach, we headed back to the pool to swim for a while.  Soon it was time to start getting ready for the wedding.

The weather was perfect for the wedding.  It was sunny and there was a great breeze, so it wasn't too hot.  Clay stayed with Will and got him down the aisle and I sat on the second row to get him if he started acting up.

Mary Beth looked stunning and her dress was such a great beach wedding dress!!

Will literally ran down the aisle straight to Ashley. So thankful he didn't make too much of a scene. He immediately handed the pillow off to Craig.  Then he came to sit down with me, which worked out great.

When it was time for him to exit, I pushed him out into the aisle with the flower girls and he walked to the back where Clay was standing.  He was a pretty good little ring bearer!

The reception was held at a country club near by.  The food and cake was delicious!!

Will spent the whole night dancing. He even made Kristen dance with him.

We are so happy for Craig and Marybeth!!

After the wedding, we went and played putt-putt. It was so late but we promised Will and he had the best time.

Sunday we loaded back up and headed home! It was a fun weekend celebrating with our friends!

Will the Ring Bearer, Part 1

On Thursday morning, we loaded up the car and headed to the beach for the weekend to celebrate Craig and Mary Beth's wedding.

Ashley rode with us and she became Will's personal assistant on the ride down.  Every time he needed something, he would ask Ashley to do it for him.  And because she loves him, she did whatever he asked!

Once we got settled in our condo, we got ready to go out. The girls went to Lulu's with MB and the guys went to Doc's with Craig. Will got to tag along with the girls.

After dinner, we had a little lingerie shower for MB back at her condo.  It was probably about 10:30 pm and Will fell asleep on the couch.  Ha!

Friday morning it rained so we hung out at the condo and then once the rain stopped, we went swimming.  Will was in heaven.  He loved having all the attention from me, Clay, Ashley, Kristen and Jordan.

Friday night, we headed to the state park for the rehearsal.  I was so nervous about how Will would act. He did a great job at the rehearsal and ended up filling John's (best man) shoe with sand. 

After the rehearsal we went to the rehearsal dinner and it was so good.  Mom finally got there and joined us for dinner.
